The Customer Service Representative is a FULL TIME position that performs customer service and general office duties. The candidate is responsible for providing a positive first impression to shoppers, tenants and vendors.
Duties: Customer Service
*Assist customers with questions, provide information, answer phone calls
*Assist management with marketing and operations projects and events
*Maintain accurate center-related records and maintenance logs
*Assist with monthly reporting and general administrative duties
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task, exceptional customer service skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, previous administrative and/or customer service experience, self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised, computer knowledge.
*Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
